Ingredients
- 6 cod fillets (about 4 oz each)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley (or Italian seasoning)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- lemon wedges (for serving)

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
