Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt, divided
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a rimmed 9x12-inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.
