  • 1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled (1/4 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
