Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (see Tip)
- 1/2 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped dried cherries
- 1 tablespoon toasted chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons raw cane sugar, such as turbinado
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Combine oats, water and salt in a jar or bowl and stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight. - 2

In the morning, heat the oats, if desired, or eat cold. Top with cream cheese, cherries, walnuts, sugar and lemon zest. Bon appetit!
