- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon mint (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup strawberries (trimmed and chopped)
