Ingredients
- 1 medium banana (sliced)
- 1/3 cup quick or rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (melted 30 to 60 seconds in the microwave.)

Mash half of the banana with a fork. - 2

Combine 2/3 cup water, oats and the mashed banana in a small saucepan. - 3

Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats have thickened and softened, about 1 to 5 minutes, depending on the oats you use. - 4

Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining banana sliced, raspberries, blueberries, almonds and chia seeds then drizzle with the melted peanut butter. Bon appetit!
