- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1½ pounds cod
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
