Ingredients
- 2 ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- baking powder
- ground cinnamon
- pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pumpkin spice mix
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries
- 3 Tbsp almond butter

Mash the bananas in a large bowl. - 2

Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. If your batter seems too runny, let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly. - 3

Preheat a non-stick large pan over medium heat, and add some oil. When hot, dollop about 2 Tbsp of batter into the pan, using the back of your spoon to shape the batter into round pancake shapes. - 4
