Ingredients

  • 2 lbs skinless chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped shallot
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • cooking spray

Preparation

    Spray large frying pan, preheat.

    Rinse and pat dry thighs.
