Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno (optional)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)

Preparation
