Ingredients
- uncooked quinoa ½ cup
- Greek yogurt 2 ¼ cups
- maple syrup 3 tablespoons
- berries 2 ¼ cups
- hemp seeds 3 tablespoons

Cook quinoa according to package directions, and allow to cool completely. - 2

Assemble parfaits (I use wide-mouth 1 pint jars): yogurt, maple syrup, quinoa, berries then more yogurt. Sprinkle with hemp seeds (or add fresh if you want the crunch factor). - 3
