Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds
