Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (divided)
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1/4 cup chopped mini cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup diced fresh yellow or orange bell pepper
  • pinch salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta
  • Extra-virgin olive oil (optional for drizzling)

Preparation
