- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (divided)
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)
- 1/4 cup chopped mini cucumbers
- 1/4 cup diced fresh yellow or orange bell pepper
- pinch salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta
- Extra-virgin olive oil (optional for drizzling)
