Broiled Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients
- 6 tilapia fillets
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon parsley, finely choopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges

Step 1
Line the broiler pan with aluminium foil. - 2

Pat the fish dry then place it on the pan. Season both sides of the fish with the salt, pepper, oregano and parsley. - 3

Drizzle the fish with the olive oil then top with the garlic. - 4

Set the broiler and place the fish about 8 inches away. Cook until the fish is cooked through and flaky, about 8 minutes. (Time depends on the thickness of the fillets.) Be careful not to burn the garlic. - 5
