Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon (2-4 filets)
- 2 Tablespoons butter (ghee or oil, melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 lemons (1 juiced and 1 sliced)
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper (plus more to taste)
- 4 lemon wedges or slices (for serving)
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 400°F. - 2

Combine melted butter, garlic, honey and lemon juice. - 3
