Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon (2-4 filets)
  • 2 Tablespoons butter (ghee or oil, melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 lemons (1 juiced and 1 sliced)
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper (plus more to taste)
  • 4 lemon wedges or slices (for serving)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
