  • 2 teaspoons canola oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Preparation
