Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 teaspoons flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Preparation

    Flatten chicken slightly. Dust with flour. Salt and pepper chicken.
