- 2/3 cup diced apple, divided
- 4 teaspoons sliced almonds
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Combine milk, 1/3 cup apple, quinoa, cinnamon and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on very low heat until the liquid is absorbed, about 12 minutes. - 2
