Spiced Pear Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk (from a 15oz can)
  • 1 small pear (Blade D, noodles trimmed well)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • almond milk (to thin)

Preparation

    Step 1

    Combine all of the ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. 2

    Step 2

    When you’re ready to enjoy, add almond milk by the tablespoon and stir well until you reach your desired consistency (for me, 2 tablespoons was enough!)
