Ingredients
- 1 cup whole frozen strawberries (about 10 large/medium berries)
- 1 medium very ripe banana (peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen (slightly less than 1 cup))
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 cups packed spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Place all of the ingredients in a high powered blender in the order listed: spinach, banana, strawberry pineapple, almond milk, and chia seeds. - 2
