Does the gift renew automatically?
No. It’s a one-time payment for one year. They’ll never be charged, and they can choose to keep going at the end of the year.
When does their year start?
When they redeem it, not when you buy it, so a gift opened on Christmas morning still gets a full year.
What is the starter plan?
When they set up their household (who’s at the table, with conditions, allergies and ages), Gluten builds their first week of dinners that fit everyone, with a swap for each person.
Can I print it or give it in person?
Yes. After checkout you get a printable card and a link you can text, email or write inside a card. You can also have us email it on the day you pick.
What if they already use Gluten?
They can still redeem it and the year is added to their account. If they pay through the App Store or Google Play, they should turn off renewal there so they aren’t charged twice.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund until the gift is redeemed. Email support@winding.ai with your receipt.
