What Gluten is

Gluten plans meals and suggests recipes for a household, and checks them against the restrictions you enter. By using the app or gluten.ai you agree to these terms with Winding.ai Inc. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Not medical advice

Gluten gives food ideas, not medical, nutritional or allergy advice. Recipes and checks are based only on what you enter and can be wrong or incomplete, including content written or checked by AI. Ingredients and products change, and we can’t see your labels or your kitchen.

Always read ingredient labels, watch for cross-contact, and follow the advice of your doctor, allergist or dietitian, especially for severe allergies, celiac disease, pregnancy, infants and medical conditions. If someone has an allergic reaction, call emergency services.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and the information you enter accurate. You’re responsible for what happens in your account and for the household members you add, including having their permission to add their information.

Subscriptions and the free trial

Gluten costs $49.99 a year (or the local price shown in the store) after a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions bought in the app are billed and renewed by Apple or Google under their terms, renew automatically until you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and are managed and refunded through your store account.

Gifts

A Gluten gift is a one-time payment for 12 months of Gluten plus a starter plan, bought on gluten.ai through Stripe. It never renews. The 12 months start when the recipient redeems it. Gift codes don’t expire and can’t be exchanged for cash. The buyer can get a full refund until the gift is redeemed by emailing support@winding.ai.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Gluten: no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading our systems, reselling access, or using it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content

Recipes, text, characters and design in Gluten are ours or our licensors’. You may use them for your own cooking and share links to them. What you enter stays yours; you let us use it to run Gluten for you.

Liability

Gluten is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm from food prepared using Gluten, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Changes and ending

We may change Gluten or these terms; we’ll give notice of important changes. You can stop using Gluten and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Clark County, Nevada, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts.
