Why it works

  • Celiac disease: A gluten-free flour blend builds the batter, so every pudding comes out of the same tin.
  • Kid (4–12): Golden, puffed and mild — crack one open and fill it with gravy.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
