A gluten-free meal plan for celiac families

Every dinner here is gluten-free as written: no wheat, barley, rye or malt, and oats only when they’re certified. One person with celiac shouldn’t mean cooking twice, so these are meals the whole table eats.

Plan your family’s week

7 days free, then $49.99 a year. iPhone, Android and the web.

One dinner for everyone at the table

  1. Add who’s at your table

Each person’s conditions, allergies, diets and age, once.

  2. Get a week of dinners

Gluten checks every dinner, ingredient by ingredient, against everyone you added.

  3. A swap where someone needs one

Your son has celiac and your daughter is off dairy: one dinner, and her portion skips the cheese.

Make this fit your whole family

Add who’s at your table, with their conditions, allergies and ages. Gluten checks every recipe for each of them and adds a swap where someone needs one. 7 days free, then $49.99 a year.

Celiac meal plan questions

Is gluten-free the same as celiac-safe?

Close. With celiac, cross-contact matters too. The recipes are gluten-free as written; a separate toaster and colander, clean boards, and checked labels on stock, soy sauce and spice mixes do the rest.

Can the whole family eat gluten-free?

Yes. A gluten-free dinner can be just as balanced, and one meal is easier than two. Gluten can still add ordinary bread or pasta on the side for anyone who wants it.

How much does Gluten cost?

7 days free, then $49.99 a year for the whole household, on iPhone, Android and the web. Cancel during the free week and you pay nothing.

Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice. Recipes are checked against the restrictions you enter, but always check labels for allergens and cross-contact, and talk to your doctor or dietitian about your diet.
