Why it works

  • Celiac disease: Gluten-free flour blend holds the sponge together, and the chocolate, cream and cocoa are all naturally gluten-free.
  • Kid (4–12): A fun rolled cake with a mild sweet chocolate cover and a snowy sugar dusting.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
