Why it works

  • Celiac disease: Built on a gluten-free flour blend and rice flour for the snap, no wheat anywhere.
  • Kid (4–12): Plain, buttery and lightly sweet — perfect little fingers to press into the pan and dust with sugar.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
