Kids’ plate: Pizza night
On the plate: One small pizza with tomato sauce and melty mozzarella, basil left off.
Make it a game: Fold a slice like a pizza pocket and take a big happy bite!
Set it aside at step 6, before the grown-ups’ sauce or spice goes on.
Why it works
- Celiac disease: Certified gluten-free flour blend for the crust, and every topping is naturally gluten-free.
- Kid (4–12): Melty cheese on a chewy crust, cut into strips, with mild sauce and no heat.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
