Why it works
- Celiac disease: Naturally wheat-free with certified gluten-free vegetable broth and pure dry lentils.
- Milk allergy: Cooked entirely in olive oil with no butter, cream, or cheese.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Free of soy, seaweed, and gluten, simmered with wholesome lentils and vegetables.
- Fish allergy: Completely plant-based broth with no fish, shellfish, or fish sauce.
- Soy allergy: Builds deep savory flavor from browned aromatics and spices rather than tamari or soy.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
