Why it works
- Celiac disease: Naturally grain-simple with plain white rice and no gluten-containing sauces or binders.
- Milk allergy: Uses pure olive oil for roasting, with no butter or dairy additions.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Strictly gluten-free with zero soy or seaweed products.
- Fish allergy: Built on fresh poultry, vegetables, and herbs without fish sauce or Worcestershire.
- Soy allergy: Free of soy sauce, tamari, soybean oil, and soy derivatives.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
