Sheet pan cooking questions
How do I keep vegetables crispy on a sheet pan?
Use a hot oven (220 °C / 425 °F), cut everything to the same size and don’t crowd the tray. Use two trays when one is full.
Can one sheet pan dinner work for different diets?
Yes. Keep one end of the tray plain for a picky eater or someone avoiding a spice, and add sauces at the table. The Gluten app tells you what to change for each person.
