Why it works

  • Type 2 diabetes: The sauce is sweetened by whole blueberries, no sugar added.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: No soy or seaweed; herbs, blueberries and lemon carry the flavour.
  • Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Chicken, celeriac and kale with a fruit sauce sweetened only by fruit.
  • Celiac disease: No stock, soy sauce or thickeners, just real ingredients.
  • IBS: Garlic-infused olive oil seasons the kale without garlic pieces.
  • Milk allergy: No dairy anywhere; the sauce is fruit and vinegar.
  • Wheat allergy: The chicken sears plain, no flour or coating.
  • Egg allergy: No egg in the pan or the sauce.
  • Gluten-free: Chicken, fruit and vegetables only, so gluten never enters.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Blueberries, kale, olive oil and herbs make up the sauce and sides.
  • Paleo: Meat, fruit and vegetables, cooked in olive oil.
  • Egg-free: The glossy sauce comes from simmered berries, not egg.
  • Dairy-free: Olive oil and fruit sauce, no butter or cream.
  • No spicy food: Sweet blueberries and basil, no pepper or chili.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
