Why it works

  • PCOS: Sweet potato wedges pair with plenty of protein on one pan, no sugar.
  • Gluten-free: Everything here is naturally gluten-free, straight from the produce and meat aisles.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Olive oil, thyme and a heap of vegetables under the roast.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Naturally gluten-free with no soy hiding in the seasoning.
  • No spicy food: Thyme, garlic and lemon only, no heat in the pan.
  • Picky eater: Plain-roasted chicken and familiar potato wedges, no sauce needed.
  • Milk allergy: Olive oil does the roasting; no butter or cheese touches the pan.
