Why it works

  • PCOS: Sweet potato and beef together keep the carbs paired with protein, no sugar.
  • Gluten-free: A hash of whole ingredients, naturally gluten-free.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Olive oil, rosemary and three vegetables in one skillet.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Naturally gluten-free with no soy in the pan.
  • No spicy food: Rosemary and salt season the hash; nothing hot anywhere.
  • Picky eater: Familiar hash and eggs, everything browned and mild.
  • Milk allergy: Fried in olive oil, topped with egg and avocado, no dairy in sight.
