- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¾ tsp fine sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, pure

Why it works
- Celiac disease: Naturally grain-free and made without any wheat, gluten, or shared oats.
- Milk allergy: Cooked entirely in olive oil with no butter, dairy, or hidden milk proteins.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Free from gluten, soy sauce, and seaweeds, seasoned with garlic, thyme, and cider vinegar.
- Fish allergy: Built on lean ground beef with no fish sauce, anchovies, or Worcestershire.
- Soy allergy: Glazed with pure maple syrup and apple cider vinegar instead of soy sauce or tamari.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
