Why it works
- Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Built on fresh rosemary, thyme, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil without nightshades, seed spices, dairy, or coconut.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Naturally free of gluten and soy, seasoned with fresh garden herbs and olive oil.
- Pregnant: Uses fresh herbs and maple instead of alcohol, with no unpasteurised ingredients.
- Toddler (1–3): Parsnips are simmered soft and sweet, with mild herbs and pork that cuts easily into small pieces.
- Kid (4–12): Mildly sweet maple-glazed pork pairs with naturally sweet tender parsnips and no spicy heat.
AIP check: watch for nightshade spices (paprika, chili, cayenne), seed spices (cumin, coriander seed), seed oils and hidden sugar. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
