Why it works

  • Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Olive oil, fresh herbs, and lemon provide rich flavor without seed spices, nightshades, grains, or coconut.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Naturally wheat-free and soy-free, seasoned with fresh dill, lemon, and olive oil.
  • Pregnant: Made with wild-caught low-mercury salmon, fresh vegetables, and no alcohol, unpasteurized dairy, or raw fish.
  • Toddler (1–3): Tender salmon flaked into bites with soft roasted carrot coins and zucchini half-moons.
  • Kid (4–12): Flaked salmon paired with mild, naturally sweet roasted vegetables.

AIP check: watch for nightshade spices (paprika, chili, cayenne), seed spices (cumin, coriander seed), seed oils and hidden sugar. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
