- 3 garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Let the chicken rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.5 min timer
Why it works
- Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Made with olive oil, sweet potatoes, and fresh rosemary, without nightshades, seed spices, grains, or coconut.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Naturally wheat-free and gluten-free, prepared without soy.
- Pregnant: Made without alcohol, cured meats, or unpasteurised ingredients.
- Toddler (1–3): Tender roasted sweet potato rounds and juicy chicken cut into soft strips.
- Kid (4–12): Mild lemon and herb seasoning on familiar tender chicken and sweet potato.
AIP check: watch for nightshade spices (paprika, chili, cayenne), seed spices (cumin, coriander seed), seed oils and hidden sugar. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
