Why it works
- Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Relies on hearty sweet potatoes and fresh leafy herbs without nightshades, grains, seed oils, or seeds.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Made with gluten-free, soy-free ingredients including fresh poultry and olive oil.
- Pregnant: All ingredients are whole, fresh foods cooked in the oven with no unpasteurised dairy or alcohol.
- Toddler (1–3): Soft roasted sweet potato cubes and tender chicken strips make easy finger food.
- Kid (4–12): Familiar roasted chicken and sweet potato cubes make a welcoming dinner plate.
AIP check: watch for nightshade spices (paprika, chili, cayenne), seed spices (cumin, coriander seed), seed oils and hidden sugar. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
