Why it works

  • Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Seasoned purely with thyme, lemon zest, sea salt, and olive oil, avoiding nightshades, seeds, soy, and dairy.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Naturally grain-free and completely free of soy, gluten, and seaweed.
  • Pregnant: Features cod, a mild low-mercury fish, prepared with no unpasteurised foods or alcohol.
  • Toddler (1–3): Tender roasted root vegetables and soft fish are easy to cut into small, gentle finger foods.
  • Kid (4–12): A mild, zesty lemon and herb pan meal with naturally sweet roasted root vegetables.

AIP check: watch for nightshade spices (paprika, chili, cayenne), seed spices (cumin, coriander seed), seed oils and hidden sugar. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
