  • 350 g asparagus, woody ends snapped off
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes, whole for roasting

  6. Divide the warm jasmine rice among plates and top with roasted salmon, tender asparagus, and blistered tomatoes.

Why it works

  • Alpha-gal syndrome: Built on fresh wild salmon, olive oil, and vegetables with no mammal meat or dairy.
  • Kid (4–12): Mild flavours from sweet roasted tomatoes, gentle lemon, and flaked boneless fish over soft rice.

Alpha-gal check: watch for beef, pork, lamb, venison, gelatin, lard, beef stock and, for some people, dairy. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
