- Cool on a rack so the filling turns glossy and gooey, then slice.30 min timer

Why it works
- Celiac disease: The crust is a gluten-free flour blend, and everything else in the pie is naturally gluten-free.
- Dairy-free: Coconut oil does the butter's job in both crust and filling, keeping it rich without any dairy.
Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
