Why it works

  • Type 2 diabetes: Lean protein and vegetables with no added sugar; the sauce is avocado, not sweet.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: No soy, seaweed or gluten; coconut flour holds the meatballs together.
  • Celiac disease: The binder is coconut flour, so there is no breadcrumb or wheat question.
  • Milk allergy: The green sauce is avocado and basil; no dairy appears anywhere.
  • Wheat allergy: Coconut flour replaces breadcrumbs entirely, with no wheat in the pan.
  • Egg allergy: Coconut flour binds the meatballs; no eggs are mixed in.
  • Gluten-free: Turkey, zucchini, avocado and coconut flour, every line naturally gluten-free.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Lean poultry, olive oil, avocado and herbs, with nothing refined added.
  • Egg-free: The meatballs hold together with coconut flour, no egg binder.
  • Dairy-free: Avocado and basil make the sauce creamy without a drop of dairy.
  • No spicy food: Oregano and basil bring the flavour; there is no chili or heat.
