Why it works

  • Type 2 diabetes: Protein and vegetables lead the plate, with no added sugar anywhere.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: No soy, seaweed or gluten: just chicken, vegetables, herbs and olive oil.
  • Celiac disease: Every ingredient is naturally gluten-free, with no sauces or stocks to check.
  • IBS: Garlic-infused oil keeps the flavour while leaving out garlic and onion pieces.
  • Milk allergy: Olive oil does all the work here; there is no milk, butter or cream.
  • Wheat allergy: No flour, breadcrumbs or wheat in any form, the crust is the chicken skin.
  • Egg allergy: No eggs at any stage, the skin crisps on its own in the oven.
  • Gluten-free: Whole ingredients only: chicken, broccoli, carrots, herbs and garlic-infused oil.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Olive oil, herbs and plenty of vegetables, with nothing processed.
  • Egg-free: The crisp comes from the skin, no egg wash or binder needed.
  • Dairy-free: Garlic-infused olive oil and herbs stand in for butter completely.
  • No spicy food: Mild oregano and basil only, no chili or hot spice of any kind.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
