Why it works

  • Type 2 diabetes: Lean pork with cabbage and carrots, no added sugar or refined starch.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Pork and vegetables with rosemary and olive oil, no soy or seaweed.
  • Celiac disease: Whole ingredients only, from the rub to the sauté, no packaged sauces.
  • Milk allergy: The sear and sauté both run on olive oil, no dairy anywhere.
  • Wheat allergy: The tenderloin carries a herb rub, no breadcrumb crust.
  • Egg allergy: Rosemary and oil cling to the pork on their own, no egg binder.
  • Gluten-free: Pork, cabbage and carrots, plainly cooked, nothing to double-check.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Lean roasted pork with olive oil, cabbage and carrots, nothing processed.
  • Egg-free: A simple herb rub and hot pan give the crust, no eggs needed.
  • Dairy-free: Everything cooks in garlic-infused olive oil, butter never enters.
  • No spicy food: Rosemary and salt season the plate, mellow and aromatic.
