Why it works

  • Gluten-free: The spaghetti is gluten-free and every other ingredient is naturally free of it.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: No soy sauce or hidden gluten; the sauce is seasoned with herbs and garlic only.
  • No spicy food: Gentle seasoning: oregano, basil, garlic, no chili or hot spice.
  • Picky eater: A familiar spaghetti-and-meatballs plate with carrot hidden in the sauce and avocado on the side.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
