Why it works

  • PCOS: Protein from the fish, whole-grain quinoa for slow carbs, plenty of vegetables and no added sugar anywhere.
  • Gluten-free: The crunchy coating is almond flour and parmesan, so there's no flour or breadcrumbs.
  • Anti-inflammatory: Olive oil, fish and roasted vegetables; nothing processed or deep-fried.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: No soy sauce or seaweed here; the crust and dressing are made from scratch with pantry basics.
  • No spicy food: All the flavour comes from lemon, parsley and parmesan — no chili or pepper.
  • Picky eater: Mild, familiar and sauce-free: crispy fish, plain roasted zucchini and buttery quinoa.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
