Why it works
- Autoimmune protocol (AIP): Made with olive oil, fresh rosemary, and tender squash, avoiding nightshades, grains, and seed spices.
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Free of gluten, soy, and seaweed.
- Pregnant: Contains thoroughly cooked lean turkey, fresh vegetables, and no alcohol or unpasteurized products.
- Toddler (1–3): Tender squash cubes and finely crumbled turkey that are easy to chew.
- Kid (4–12): Mild savory turkey crumbles with naturally sweet squash.
AIP check: watch for nightshade spices (paprika, chili, cayenne), seed spices (cumin, coriander seed), seed oils and hidden sugar. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
