Why it works

  • Celiac disease: Rice noodles and a gluten-free stock keep this stir-fry wheat-free.
  • Milk allergy: The glossy sauce is stock, honey and aromatics, no dairy needed.
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis: Flavoured with ginger, garlic and lime instead of soy sauce or seaweed.
  • Fish allergy: Beef and vegetable stock build the savoury sauce, no fish sauce used.
  • Soy allergy: Soy sauce is skipped entirely: salt, stock, honey and lime season the sauce.

Celiac check: watch for hidden gluten in soy sauce, stock, malt vinegar and seasoning blends, and oats that aren’t certified. Gluten gives food ideas, not medical advice: always check labels for allergens and cross-contact.
