Kids’ plate: Lamb kofta kebabs

On the plate: Plain lamb kofta with soft gluten-free flatbread and lemon yogurt for dipping.

Make it a game: Make a little flatbread tent for a kofta, then choose a dip for each bite. Take your time building the plate.

Set it aside at step 6, before the grown-ups’ sauce or spice goes on.

Why it works

  • Celiac disease: Gluten-free flatbreads accompany the lamb, and the yogurt dip has no grain-based additions.
  • Kid (4–12): Mild lamb kofta, soft flatbread and a cool yogurt dip are easy to pick up and enjoy.
