Kids’ plate: Lamb Shepherd’s Pie
On the plate: A small scoop of lamb, soft carrots and peas under sweet potato mash.
Make it a game: Make a little hill of mash and a tiny lamb pasture with the peas. Find a carrot hiding in each spoonful.
Set it aside at step 4, before the grown-ups’ sauce or spice goes on.

- Pregnant: Nothing in the pie is raw, unpasteurised or alcoholic.
- Toddler (1–3): Soft sweet potato mash, peas and small lamb crumbles make an easy spoonful.
- Kid (4–12): Mild lamb filling and sweet potato mash keep every bite familiar.
